To enter the competition, email your best British jam sandwich idea to competition@jamweek.org by July 31st. Entries will be judged by a team of jam connoisseurs and the winner will be announced on August 3rd.

For each idea, we need the following:
- the name of the sandwich
- the ingredients
- why it's the best British jam sandwich
- a photo
