This recipe puts a new spin on strawberry jam and packs a citrus wallop! Funky Orange Berry offers the delicious taste of summer’s first, ruby-red, strawberries paired with the bright flavours of murcott and blood orange and punched up by the addition of a spot of tea and a cocktail. A lovely celebration of summer.
